Christmas Festivities - A. Family Part 1

We are having two family gatherings with the A. family this year.  Our original plan was to get together on Christmas Eve, with everyone who lives in Ontario.  But then we heard the glad tidings that Cher is planning a visit in January with Laura, Corin & Yvetta.  So we decided to postpone our main party until then, but some of us still got together on Christmas Eve Day.  Mom & Dad and S & P came over for the day.   We sat around and talked, and we went for a walk to check out some more of the houses being built behind us.  One of the men from our church (Nathan S.) is doing the framing on one of the houses, so we went to have a look.  I love going through the houses as they are being built and figuring out which room is which.
We also played a long game of Settlers of Catan - it was P's first time playing but I'm told he's quite hooked!
We had a great dinner too.  Courtesy of Kellog's, our chicken was very festive - haha!
