FOR SALE!!

Seeing as we just bought a new house, it really is in our best interests to sell our current home.  To that end, we met with a new real estate agent on Monday night.  Jane doesn't work in the city where we live, and our house may sell easier with a local agent, so she referred us to Clare. 

Jane and Clare were both over on Monday evening, March 1.  We still had to sign some papers for Jane, that we simply didn't have time to on the Saturday.  We did things a little backwards - after we bought the house we signed papers saying we would only buy a house with Jane as our agent :)   Together with Clare, we decided on a price, and then completed the various forms for the MLS listing, etc.

On Tuesday, I cleaned.  I cleaned some more.  And then I cleaned some more.  Our house looked good, if I say so myself!  We decluttered a bit too;  some of the declutter makes living a bit inconvenient, so we'll be glad when the house is sold.  Not just because of the inconvenience, but we really don't want to be owning two houses come mid-June!
