How to remove an ugly front garden planted by a previous home-owner.

(Since Karen has writer's block, I'll fill in.)

1. Get the back of the pick-up nicely lined up for tossing the attackable fragments in.

2. Attack with hedge trimmers, spades, hatchets, or whatever tools happen to owned at the time.

3. Toss the attacked into the pick-up and transplant a very small handful of wanted plants.

4. Take down and put away the Christmas-season lights because they are embarrassing to still have up during the first dry Saturday for garden work.

5. Wonder how on earth to move out that unnecessarily-oversized decorative stone.

Anybody want it. :-) Free to a good... no... free to any home.

Sure Rob, bring the rock when you come to visit..... ;) So nice to be able to get out and work in the yard again, eh? We're planning out our backyard (it's a big, empty rectangle right now) and we'll get busy on some stuff this year - the rest will be work in progress for the years to come!

about the rock ...

Perhaps you could dig a large hole beside it. It will then fall in the hole and more or less disappear when you throw some dirt back on top of it.

Dad, that sounds like a complex description of "just bury the rock." lol.
