I got another old phone! You can't buy these anymore. It is fully equipped with an electric bell, and touch-tone buttons of all things. It says "Made in Canada" on the bottom.
It built solid, because they just don't make thinks like they they used ta. :-) It's old! Most phones manufactured after it's time period quit working a long time ago, and they're either on the trash heap or in some kid's toybox. And! And!... it has an electric bell. In otherwords, it has simple physics or reliable/maintenance free electronics. No memory. No firmware. Simple. Reliable. And it still works. :-) I love old phones. Please see my previous post. Did I say I love old phones? :-)
I traded the phone left still in use by one of my customers.

no rotary dial? we had one that looked a bit like that when i was a kid, except with the rotary dial....
I would like to also get a rotary dial too, but all these items are hard to find.
Where did you get it? A thrift store? What's the attraction for you? The style?
