Bathroom Makeover - The Great Reveal :)

I painted the bathroom this week (with help from Rob, of course).  Rob did the ceiling edge on Monday night, but that was all the painting he did in this room (whereas in the main living areas he did almost all the painting).  Then on Tuesday I painted the rest...and watched the room shrink as I went around it.  It grew a little again when we put the mirror back in.

Now, all that is left is to hang some decor on the walls, and possibly find something to display on the counter, as I don't have any counter-top decor to match yet.  I'm still debating what to do about wall decor too. I'm never in a hurry to poke holes in my freshly patched and painted walls anyways.  However, I'm sure you're all anxiously awaiting pictures, so here you go!  :)

Here's some before and after pictures.  The old shower curtain came from our old house, I had bought it when I moved into that house.   I still do like it, but I was ready for a change (it is nearly 8 years since I moved into our old house.)

The paint colour I chose was 'Swedish Berry'....which was not the most popular one in the survey results, but in person it seemed to me to be the best match.  It does match quite well, although the paint doesn't match the paint chip very well.

That's our new red bathroom!
