A November Hike

Saturday morning Rob and I were out 'n' about town running errands, and the weather was so beautiful we decided to go for a walk that afternoon.  So sunny and warm for November!  We went for a hike in the fields/forest area behind our house.  First we walked though a large area that has been cleared in anticipation of building many more homes, but beyond that there's a small forest, some farmers' fields and a creek.  I often think that November is such a dreary time of year, and it often is, with frequent rain, cloudy days, and such short days.  But even the leaf-less trees and dead grasses can look so pretty in November sunshine!
