Rob and I went to Canadian Tire this morning to buy a couple of chairs and a table for our deck. We had looked online and found a reasonably priced table, and planned to buy a couple of the standard plastic deck chairs. While browsing the CTC flier this morning I noticed that today was "Scratch & Save" day, offering 5 - 50% off. As we waited in line to pay for our items, I said to Rob that we would get at least 5% off - lo and behold the scratch card the cashier chose for us gave us 50% off! So that was a nice surprise that we're thankful for!
We ate half our lunch today out on the deck with the new furniture, but it started to rain so we had to come back in.

Great discount! I always wondered about that....I was in on Saturday too and only got the standard 5% off.
